It really just depends on your own personal style and whether you prefer to stick within the Lightroom environment for your editing or whether you are comfortable with or prefer working in other editing tools.ġ) If you prefer to make all of your edits in Lightroom the conversion through X-Transformer does much less and will be faster than a conversion through Iridient Developer.Ģ) If you like the Lightroom color and general rendering style (default contrast, saturation, etc) the DNGs from X-Transformer will give a color and overall style nearly identical to Lightroom with a RAF. Of course there are many reasons to prefer Iridient Developer as well. Here are a couple reasons one might prefer X-Transformer. Otherwise X-Transformer will now set these values to zero.
